1. Who can participate in the Corporate Carnival? +

Only employees of registered companies and organizations are eligible to participate.

2. How can a company register? +

Companies can register online by selecting either a Corporate Pass or individual event registrations and completing the payment.

3. What registration options are available? +

The following registration packages and options are available:

Corporate Pass (Without Food): ₹75,000 + GST
Corporate Pass (With Food): ₹1,00,000 + GST
Individual Event Registration: Pay only for the specific event categories you select.

4. What is included in the Corporate Pass? +

The Corporate Pass provides access to all Sports, Athletics, and Arts & Cultural competitions. The ₹1,00,000 package also includes meals, covering breakfast, lunch, tea, and snacks.

5. Can a company participate in only one event? +

Yes. Companies may register for only the events they wish to participate in.

6. Can a company participate in multiple categories? +

Yes. Companies can register for any combination of Sports, Athletics, and Arts & Cultural categories.

7. Is there a limit on the number of participants? +

Each event has its own participant limit as defined in the official event rules. Companies can register eligible participants accordingly.

8. Is food included? +

Food is included only with the ₹1,00,000 Corporate Pass. Individual event registrations and the ₹75,000 Corporate Pass do not include food benefits.

9. Will participants receive certificates? +

Yes. All registered participants will receive digital participation certificates. Winners and runners-up will receive trophies, medals, and prize money where applicable.

10. What prizes are offered? +

The Corporate Carnival features an overall prize pool of approximately ₹4.62 lakh, which includes cash prizes, trophies, and medals for winning teams and individual performers.

11. Can participant names be changed after registration? +

Yes, participant substitutions are permitted up to the registration deadline, subject to the organizer’s validation and approval.

12. What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled? +

The organizers reserve the right to reschedule events due to severe weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of such adjustments well in advance.

13. Is the registration fee refundable? +

Registration fees are generally non-refundable. Any adjustments or potential refunds will be handled strictly according to the official cancellation policy.

14. How will fixtures and schedules be announced? +

Match fixtures, complete event schedules, and venue coordination details will be shared with the registered company's point-of-contact coordinator before the event begins.

15. Is GST applicable? +

Yes. An additional 18% GST is applicable on all event registration fees.
