Welcome to Corporate Carnival 2027. These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of all corporate entities and their individual members in the championship. By registering or executing payments, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.
1. Registration & Eligibility
1.1 Corporate Carnival is an inter-corporate tournament designed exclusively for corporate employees. All participants must be full-time, active employees of the registered corporate entity.
1.2 A valid corporate email address, employee ID card, and HR declaration must be provided upon request during the verification process.
1.3 Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team or participant who fails to produce sufficient proof of corporate employment.
2. Booking, Payments & Fees
2.1 Registration fees are determined based on the selected package. All payments must be made in full through the official integrated Razorpay portal prior to the deadline.
2.2 All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including team withdrawals, disqualification, or inclement weather events.
2.3 Taxes and third-party transaction convenience fees will be applicable during payment processing.
3. Code of Conduct & Rules
3.1 All participants are expected to maintain professional integrity and sportsmanlike conduct throughout the championship. Any form of verbal abuse, physical altercations, or unsporting behavior will lead to immediate expulsion from the tournament.
3.2 Rules specific to each sport, art, or cultural event will be shared with the team captains ahead of schedule. Decisions made by the official referees and jury panel are final and binding.
4. Liability & Insurance
4.1 Participants acknowledge that sports and physical activities involve inherent risk of injury. Every participant represents that they are physically fit to compete.
4.2 The organizers, partners, venues, and sponsors will not be held responsible for any personal injuries, medical emergencies, losses, or property damages incurred during the event.
5. Media Rights & Promotion
5.1 By attending or competing in Corporate Carnival 2027, companies and participants grant the organizer permission to capture photographs, video recordings, and interview highlights.
5.2 Organizers retain full royalty-free rights to utilize all generated media for public relations, promotional campaigns, and brand marketing across social media channels and print platforms.
6. Jurisdiction & Contact
6.1 Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising from the championship will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kochi, Kerala.
