No Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not permitted once registered.
We do not accept cancellations or bookings withdrawals. Once a team or corporate pass has been successfully registered and paid for online, it cannot be cancelled, voided, or refunded.
All tournament configurations and group stages are drawn immediately based on active registrations, meaning slots cannot be reopened or deleted.
Participant Substitutions
While cancellations are not allowed, you can adjust the names of your registered employee participants. Swaps or substitutions can be coordinated through your corporate relations manager up until the final registration deadline (September 30th).
