General Rules
Essential terms and criteria required of all participants representing their respective organizations.
- Only employees of registered companies are eligible to participate.
- Every participant must carry a valid Company ID card or an authorization letter from their employer.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Participants may compete only in the events for which they are registered.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to verify employee identity at any stage.
- The organizers may modify the event schedule due to weather or operational requirements.
- Any participant involved in misconduct, cheating, abusive behaviour, or violation of rules may be disqualified.
- The decision of the referees, judges, and organizing committee shall be final and binding.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to compete.
- The organizers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

Cricket Rules
Guidelines for the turf-cricket tournament category.
- Format: 7-a-side Turf Cricket.
- Team Composition: Maximum of 10 players per team.
- Championship Format: League-cum-knockout format.
- Team Cap: Maximum of 32 teams.
- Group Stage Structure: Teams will be divided into 8 groups of 4 teams each.
- Progression: Group winners qualify directly for the Quarter Finals.
- Match Length: Each innings consists of 6 overs.
- Ruleset: Standard turf cricket rules will apply.
- Referees: The Umpireโs decision shall be final and binding.
Football Rules
Guidelines for the turf-football tournament category.
- Format: 7-a-side Turf Football.
- Team Composition: Maximum of 10 players per team.
- Championship Format: League-cum-knockout format.
- Team Cap: Maximum of 32 teams.
- Group Stage Structure: Teams will be divided into 8 groups of 4 teams each.
- Progression: Group winners qualify directly for the Quarter Finals.
- Match Duration: 15 minutes per half with a 5-minute interval.
- Ruleset: FIFA 7-a-side rules will apply wherever applicable.
- Referees: The Refereeโs decision shall be final and binding.

Athletics Regulations
- Participants may compete in multiple athletics events.
- Reporting time is strictly 30 minutes before the scheduled event.

- Relay teams must consist of employees from the same company.
- Long Jump competitors will receive three attempts.
- The best valid performance will determine the winner.
Arts & Cultural Rules
Specific limits and judging criteria for individual and group creative categories.
Poetry Writing (English)
- Participation: Individual competition.
- Time Limit: 45 minutes.
- Topic: Will be announced at the venue.
- Judging Criteria: Creativity, Originality, Language, Expression, and Relevance.
Poetry Writing (Malayalam)
- Participation: Individual competition.
- Time Limit: 45 minutes.
- Topic: Will be announced at the venue.
- Judging Criteria: Creativity, Originality, Language, Expression, and Relevance.
Story Writing (English)
- Participation: Individual competition.
- Time Limit: 60 minutes.
- Topic: Will be announced at the venue.
- Judging Criteria: Creativity, Originality, Language, Structure, and Relevance.
Story Writing (Malayalam)
- Participation: Individual competition.
- Time Limit: 60 minutes.
- Topic: Will be announced at the venue.
- Judging Criteria: Creativity, Originality, Language, Structure, and Relevance.
Light Music
- Participation: Individual competition.
- Time Limit: Maximum performance time of 5 minutes.
- Accompaniment: Karaoke or instrumental tracks are permitted.
- Judging Criteria: Voice Quality, Pitch, Rhythm, Song Selection, and Stage Presence.
Solo Dance
- Participation: Individual competition.
- Time Limit: Maximum performance time of 5 minutes.
- Audio: Music tracks must be submitted before the deadline.
- Props: Safe props are permitted.
- Judging Criteria: Choreography, Expression, Costume, Creativity, and Stage Presence.
Fancy Dress
- Participation: Individual competition.
- Time Limit: Maximum stage time of 3 minutes.
- Judging Criteria: Creativity, Costume, Confidence, and Presentation.
Group Dance
- Participation: Team size of 4 to 8 participants.
- Time Limit: Maximum performance time of 8 minutes.
- Audio: Music tracks must be submitted before the deadline.
- Props: Safe props are permitted.
- Judging Criteria: Choreography, Synchronization, Creativity, Costume, Stage Presence, and Overall Performance.
Fashion Show
- Participation: Team size of 4 to 8 participants.
- Time Limit: Maximum performance time of 10 minutes.
- Theme: Theme-based presentation.
- Judging Criteria: Theme, Costume Design, Creativity, Confidence, Team Coordination, and Stage Presence.
Prizes & Disqualification
Legal structures governing prize distribution, misconduct, and administrative discretion.
Prize Distribution
- Winners and runners-up will receive trophies, medals, certificates, and prize money.
- Prize money will be awarded only after thorough participant identity and employment verification.
- Applicable tax deductions (TDS) will be applied to all cash disbursements as per regulatory requirements.
Disqualification Policy
Participants or teams may be immediately disqualified for:
- Providing false information during registration.
- Fielding non-employees (outsourced personnel or non-contractual freelancers).
- Misconduct, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
- Cheating, match-fixing, or unfair play.
- Damaging event property or venue structures.
- Failure to report to the referee or coordinator on time.
Organizerโs Rights
- The organizing committee reserves the right to amend or update the rules whenever deemed necessary.
- The organizers may modify the event schedules or change the venues due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or merge events due to insufficient registrations or operational requirements.
- The organizing committee retains the sole authority to resolve any disputes, and its decision shall be final and binding.
